Amalia GThe Truck itself needs to be looked at. When I was driving on the 202, it felt as though the truck was going to shut off from all the hesitation it was doing. Almost thought I had to pull over a few times.
CARLOS HThe trailer was full of dirt and rocks. The guy that loaded it up did not check lights and they were not working. When I brought it back I walked in and he told me to go drop it off in the back nobody came out to take it off my truck and to verify the condition I cleaned it out and unhooked I took pictures of it off my truck just to keep me safe not a good location.

MATTHEW WMy last experience with uhaul has been so awful I will never use this company again. I made a reservation from a location that is also a car wash. They were closed on the day of my reservation because it was raining. I called the number and was quickly rerouted to a nearby location. Unfortunately, the young man circled the wrong amount of fuel on the contract that was in the truck so even though I refilled to the same amount I left with, they still charged me for extra fuel. They should have known I put gas in it since I had to call their roadside assistance from the gas station because the truck wouldn't start. It just needed a battery but it was a good 45 mins between calling uhaul and waiting for the assistance. Overall terrible experience from Uhaul, Tom's Family Car Wash and SSC Auto repair.

Lisa LOne of the straps on the trailer was worn out and wouldn't work for me. I had to buy my own, but other than that everything was just fine. The young man who helped me when I rented it was stellar and should be commended for his hustle and attitude.

JESSICA HTires were not maintained!! I asked the guy at the rental shop if the tires were in good shape when he hooked up the trailer. He assured me they check them. Apparently not!! We had a blow out, and had to deal with the inconvenience of waiting for a service company to come change the tire. Terrible experience!!!

MARIO CThe truck I picked up was just over a half a tank of gas which I didn't realize until I was a mile away from the location. I then filled the truck full of gas...thinking I would be compensated and thinking it would make the locations job easier for the next customer AND I was told if I didn't have at least 7/8th of a tank I would be charged $10 a gallon to fill up. Well, to my major disappointment they said it was basically my own fault for doing that and that Uhaul does not reimburse gas. I didn't want reimbursement just a credit on the miles to the amount of the extra gas I put in the van. I will never use Uhaul again and will make the same known on reviews or to associates. (I even had a picture of the miles and gas once I noticed the low tank.)

FRANK MThe young man working the counter lied and told me I could get a refund for unused days which was a complete lie. Before this I was sent to 3 locations until I finally recieved the right truck. Why would I rent a truck until the 24 when my movers were scheduled on the 22 for 3 hours. You guys are a complete scam. I will never use you guys again. Shame on you THEIFS.
JERROLD LThe location I pick to get the moving truck was not available, so I was sent someplace else. If a customer picks a location from the website that moving truck should be available at that location. I also had a full-size car hauler and was sent some place different. Because of these issues I was given a couple of extra days. But as I was traveling, I received a call and was asked when I was going to return the truck that day. I had to explain to the gentleman that I was given those extra day, But he said it wasn't showing up on the order. He said he would show the truck being returned on Sunday, which it was.
