Picking up and dropping off this box truck was a shit show. Customer service was no help. I would choose to rent from elsewhere next time.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis is a Auto Repair shop, UHaul equipment is in a dirt lot. I'm thankful it was not raining which would have been muddy. The rep for checking the truck in was not there and told that the truck would be checked in when he returned in about ten minutes. After two hours the truck still was not checked in, we had to chat on the app to request the time of returned be updated in the notes. Then the next day it still had not been checked in and again had to reach out in the app to get the contract closed out.
Colin GPaid over 900$ for a 6'x12' enclosed trailer. Trailer did not have correct commercial tires. I had 2 blowout on my trip. The 2nd blowout took out the lights and blew a fuse on my truck. drove through San Antonio and Houston traffic with no lights. I requested a refund. All messaging is on a text thread. I was informed that a manager has created a "Customer Action File" and that I would hear something in 3 days. I returned the unit on Monday 9/28. I need a respond on this refund.
