U-haul charged me for an extra day even tho I brought it back on the day they told me to. I called u-haul to try to fix it and after several transfers to incompetent people just learning the phones with screaming babies in the background I realized I wasn't gonna get anywhere with anyone. Sucks that u-haul corporate has such horrible customer service in their phone answerers. Not to mention I waited on hold for 20 minutes just to talk to someone. Why don't they get a callback feature. Long story short, u-haul has money that's mine and I sure could use it more than u-haul...but whatever.DANIEL C.
I didn't know that you have to push down on the metal tab near the square nut to tighten or loosen the hitch. But I was able to figure it out. It would be great to go over that point with customers. Loved the online sign in and fast in and out both for picking up and returning. I will return when next need to rent a trailer. Thank youdon A.
I have rented from this location over the last 2 years at least 6 times and have been by the other employees treated very kindly, professional and respected as they all know who I am being a repeat customer. Dealing with the manager Jimmy, which I had never dealt with or seen was horrible. I will be placing a complaint of my billing after work. Non the less, I read a 5 page complaint that happened yesterday, regarding this guy & same place. It is really unfortunate, we have to spend all this time writing and calling for an employee or franchise that is horrible with customer service. Om very upset that I refuse to ever come back to this location over this one individual!MARIA N.
The app would not work properly and I had to wait 3.5 hours to get my truck. Also I was charged 10 dollars for a dolly and pads which I DID NOT order nor did I use them. I emailed uhaul for an adjustment but I was ignored. Boooooo to uhaul. Thumbs down.SHEA M.
My original reservation was for after hours drop off. When I went to pick up the trailer, I was informed it was not available as it was reserved although I had a reservation. They also told me they couldn't assist with finding an available unit. I went to another location at Houston and Baseline and they were very helpful although they didn't have the trailer I needed. I proceeded to the third location, got my trailer and in route home, I received a call from the tech stating that he forgot to tell me that unit was reserved for the next day at noon. I informed him that my original reservation was for after hours drop off. He finally agreed after putting his manager on the phone. The whole experience was a nightmare and not very customer friendly only to find out I was charged for two days.JEREMY S.

The mobile pick-up process was extremely slow (I have 5G connectivity, and had 5 full bars of service, so I don't think the slow-ness was a problem with my phone). The app also did not alert me that the representative was trying to call my alternate contact person until after he didn't answer his phone three times (because he was trying to assist me, and his phone was in the car), and then the representative on the app proceeded to cancel my mobile pickup order. This was extremely frustrating and made the process take much longer than it should have. The man working in the auto shop was able to assist me with my order and convert it to a standard pick up.SARA H.
