The “below average” review here is for U-Haul, not the truck pickup location. The location where I initially reserved didn’t have the correct truck available. So Uhaul sent me to this one. And then, because I modified the contract (really they did, to fix their own error), they made me pick a different spot to return that was much further away. They apparently didn’t update the mileage it was going to take for me to drive from the pickup location to the old house to the new house to the drop off location, so they charged me extra for the mileage at the end for their own error. I only had to pick up from a further location and then drop off at a further location due to their own error! Really annoying.

Gentleman at the counter provided excellent customer service. Rental process was smooth and very fast.
SONIA FOne young man working Saturday morning. He saw me pull up but did not acknowledge me. He turned and jumped in a truck to park it. When he came back from parking the truck he started to walk right by me. I asked if this is where I should drop the trailer. He said ya that’s fine. You can unhook it and leave it there. I asked him if he would unhook it. He said I guess I can. But I could tell he was put out. The service business might not be for this young man.

Douglas LWe originally were supposed to go through another location (the one on Hawes). They were very annoying and gave us a horrible experience. Thankfully, We were able to go through this location, and they were MUCH easier to work with.
