YONG LGotta say the online process for reservation and contract completion was super efficient. Reserved a tow dolly. Received an error code after leaving that the brake and right blinker light didn’t work…left blinker was fine. Made it to the drop off without any issues.

deangelo PWe were sent to wrong one U-haul twice Wednesday, January 7th and finally had to use this one . They also had the wrong drop off location ,two hours away from our destination. I really feel they owe us a discount for all the trouble we went through. They also made the job start 1and a half our late.
MICHAEL WTruck was ready on the spot. The app takes a while to get through so get there at least 30 minutes before reserved time so you are not delayed. At return the owner came out and took care of everything so I didn’t have to use the App to take pics again.

JONATHAN AThe customer service was horrible. He gave a truck in the beginning that didn't have air. Then the one he did give seemed as though it needed new tires. The drive was horrible. However, I refused to wait to change another one. He have all the tricks so close together that it's hard to move one without tearing up another one. I would never recommend this location to anyone. The guy that works there prefers to make the customers work not him.

KEVIN DI was the first customer of the day and the pick up went smoothly. No issues. I was concerned about the truck while driving as it would down shift pretty hard and then didn't seem like it would go back to the correct gear very easily. However, it made it to where I was going so happy about that. AC worked good. Overall, no complaints.

JIMMY PI will never rent from this location and will relate my experience to many many people. The person told me I had arrived too late to get my reservation (I didn’t) and claimed he couldn’t rent me a truck. When I pointed out he was not looking at the right name , he didn’t apologize, didn’t act embarrassed and never attempted to explain why he lied and said he had no truck to rent. I was patient but his difficulty with the English language only accent aged his incompetence.
JOHN MThe person in the office did not speak English well. They did not have a spare key to the truck, my son had to be rushed to the hospital during the move and accidentally locked the key in the truck. They wanted to charge me $200 to get the key out! I will never use u-haul again! The customer service people were great! (@ 5400 Old National Hwy location) Great workers!!!

DAVID KFix the air conditioner and the equipment. Uhaul should be embarrassed for what they’re renting out. I will NEVER use uhaul again. And that’s a big loss because I’ve moved about 25 times in my life. I need rental trucks often. Looks like I’m sticking with Penske.

Allen HNo personnel support available. Dropped off at night and very bad lighting and in the back of a building away from traffic. Very shady feeling at night.
