edward wroblewskiAlthough I received a friendly welcome and help to disconnect and place my trailer rental, I was uneasy that I received no return documentation and, instead, was told I would receive that by email. BTW: trailer was due to be returned by 09:17 AM and I entered the return office at 09:07 AM. 6 moving blankets neatly folded in the trailer and no worse for the trip from Arkansas to Georgia. It is now 8:40 PM and I can only assume that I will not receive the return documentation. There were 2 return locations I would have preferred on Buford Drive, but was not given that option. No, not happy with end-of-trip return.
David TewThe van had the tire pressure light on, had dog hair all on the seats, and damage to the bumpers. The guy in the office barely spoke English and his printer wasnt working so i received no paperwork either before I left and when I brought it back. Worst experience ever! Probably won't ever rent from Uhaul again!

Maurice DeanHad a open trailer on reserve for today from 11:30am to 3pm. While doing the walk around inspection of the trailer, we noticed that it has a flat tire. The sales person told us to go put air in the tire. 1st of all, that trailer should have been inspected by him when the reservation came through the otherday, or at the very least this morning before we arrived at 11:30am. 2nd, for him to suggest that my friend hook up that trailer to his truck was crazy. Why are we going to jeopardize driving off that lot with a flat tire on a trailer, getting in an accident and possibly damaging the trailer. To top it off we tried to look past that and asked if we could rent a 10 foot truck for a few hours. We were declined and told that we could rent a 20 foot truck. We asked if we could rent the truck for the same price as we were being charged for the trailer. Again we were firmly declined and had no choice but to rent the 20 foot truck after calling around to other locations in the Suwanee, Lawrenceville area. We used the truck for 2 hours, gladly returned it and will never do business with this location again.
Alesia DelSaltoWhen we arrived, the internet was down and they could not give us a receipt upon return of the vehicle. They tried to charge us for insurance even though we had not requested it. Extremely unprofessional.

Kellie KnotThey asked my black friend if he cooked fried chicken and played basketball. They lost our reservation and told me they didn’t have a 15 ft available and tried to force me to get a bigger one. After arguing with him he all of a sudden found a 15 ft we could use. He said the check engine light was on but don’t worry about it. It felt like the transmission was going to go at any minute. He did not provide a dolly that I paid for. This experience was horrible
Lori GreeneThe Location and Mr. Choi is very Good. Unfortunately, the trucks he has are horrible. these were old like and could not even speed to 50. I had a hard time. the cigarette lighter was not even working so could not charge my Phone. I rent almost once a month and I even asked him that do not give me old trucks as I drive back and forth almost 250 miles. Not Happy at all. I am going to look into Penske and Enterprise for my June booking
Salim SayaniWe picked up the truck dirty and made mention of it when picking up. We returned it cleaner than we got it and yet when we dropped it off and I indicated it needed to be cleaned before the next family, I was charged a cleaning fee. This is a U-haul issue not an issue with this location. With this location, communication was very low and but we were able to pickup and drop off fairly quickly, but had to figure some stuff out on our own.
