Despite filling out the required checkout forms beforehand, we had to go through the whole process again, making check-out extremely inefficient. The gentleman tried very hard to help get hooked up, but the communication barrier because of language made it more challenging. There were no handtrucks at this location, so we made do without them. I have experienced better locations.
