This is a one man operation, trying to keep up with the customer’s orders and dispatching rentals. Owner was very patient and friendly despite encountering some software clithe and delays he was able to dispatch my rental.

I made the reservation at 8 AM no communication was given that the location doesn’t open until 10. A lot of computer issues when we arrived. It’s still took 30 minutes to get the truck.
