I only came to this location because the truck I rented at my original location was damaged and couldn't be rented so they sent me here. I would never recommend this location to anyone. Right mirror was extremely loose, I couldn't see anything in the rain, kept movie, had to fix it myself. Gasoline CAP is NOT key lockable...I had half a tank and someone stole and pumped gasoline out the truck 2 nights ago.Ismael L.

Do not take reservations when you can't fulfill them. I was moving out of state and made plans accordingly, then I get a call from the original location (Chatsworth) that they don't have the truck available. What did I make a reservation for then?! Just added to the stress.Rebecca C.

I was very surprised when UHaul contacted me by text after the rental adding a $10 parking charge and requiring me to Zelle the money to UHaul clerk Sandra Contreras. If you are going to require a parking surcharge, it should be communicated in advance and there should be an option to add it to my final bill vs. demanding an immediate payment by Zelle or Venmo.Elvis T.

It was disorganized when I arrived. Owner took down my info on paper. Took some time to get everything handled. System did not show I ordered a dolley online. Owner was kind enough to give it to us even though system did not reflect this. Never again! Poor customer service, dishonest about fuel level, not given any information that was important about the rental I chose. I was very disappointed when I pick up the uhaul truck the truck had some dirty carpets an it was very dusty with lots of leaves inside we had to clean it our selfs not yo have about that. When I returned my rental I made sure that it was clean so the next customer was not disappointed like I was. The staff at pickup was rude and non communicative. Helped two people before us that arrived after us. Didn't explain that they didn't have our order ready and were out of items. Could have been fixed if they had explained that online orders don't reflect their stock.Jessica V.
Car was so low on gas on a less than a quarter and we are required to bring it back with same amount of gas. Makes no sense. We took a picture for proof if they want to say we returned it without gas or same low amount.David A.

I rented the truck on March 5th and paid for it the same day when I when I returned it it was a one-way rental. Then on March 20th all of a sudden I saw the charge on my card or actually checking account for almost $650 for the same truck. When I called U-Haul they said it was a mistake and it will take a few days to return my money without any regret or compensation offered to me. Also I forgot to mention that on March 5th I was scheduled to pick up the truck at a completely different location and the truck was not there so I was forced to go to the location that I'm giving you a review for right now. I'm very dissatisfied with U-Haul experience that I recently had I never had that issue with u-haul before but this time it is just a disaster.vladimir A.

They were very unfriendly. I reserved online with a Visa card which was on file and I thought they did not need it when I was going to pick up the vehicle however they asked for a card. I gave them a Master Card but I emphasized that I would want to change it to Visa card at the time of return and she said OK. Today when I returned the vehicle, She was on the run to go to somewhere else and I asked her several times but she did not care and she left the premises and nobody else was there to listen to me. Ps: I returned the vehicle between 2.00 pm to 3.00 pm and naturally somebody was supposed to be there at least until closing time.Bijan K.

The owners or workers of the establishment were very rude and do not know how to treat their customers. They provided no instructions on what forms needed to be filled out before leaving the pickup site; they simply gathered our information and gave us the keys to the vehicle. The vehicle was very dirty upon pickup and when asked about the condition, they claimed that it was just delivered to them. There was another vehicle blocking us from leaving the pickup site and when we asked them to please move the car, they were once again very rude and said they will move the uHaul for us. It took them about 20 tries going back and forth (almost hitting nearby vehicles and structures) to get the vehicle out of the parking spot for us. To make things short, we had a horrible experience with these people.Hmayak A.
