Initially requested two days but was quickly denied by dealer. I was told to call in the next morning for an extension, when I called I was told there was a reservation made a week prior and they couldn't extend me (then why give me the option). Contacted 1-800 U-Haul number and they were more than happy to extend my rental for the additional 24 hours adding there was no reservation after mine. Upon picking up the vehicle truck had a pile of dirt on the back as of it was not cleaned out. Even though the truck was returned cleaner dealer stated it was dirty.Andy P.

Hard to find location not at all marked clearly or visible to the street. The gentleman we dealt with was polite and we got the truck very fast since we did on line ore pick up registration etc. However on return the same man was there abs a mast who either was his boos or a co worker was rude and nasty to us. She complained that the truck was dirty. The truck was completely clean and the blanket pads we rented were in a pile inside the truck. Matter of fact we did not even use all the blanket pads we rented and they were still wrapped up in their packaging and there was not refund at all. We were told by the rental agent at pick up the facility was open late evening and he was there at 8pm when we returned the truck. We found a $20.00 charge on the final invoice for the drop off which we are disputing since he was there and it wa a during their operating hours. We were also told when we picked up the rental truck it was completely empty has wise. We were told by your agent that if we left more has in the truck than what was in it we would receive a credit which he said we would get a credit against the final bill. This did not happens and there was almost a quarter tank of gas in the truck. Misrepresenting multiple items by the rental agent, we would not recommend this facility at all. Plus add the nasty agent in the evening with the one from the pickup made this a very bad experience. Positive things..: The truck ran extremely well. For the purpose of what we had to do in our move. Really bad thing - the truck was out of has and we barely made it to a gas station down the street so we could drive it. So sorry to leave such a bad review. We have used I haul many times and would not use this facility ever again. And the charges are incorrect and we would like a management team member, not the one at he rental facility to call us at 661-212-7548 right away please. Thank youRobert S.

The truck smelled really bad like cigarette smoke and had ashes in the cup holder. I had to negotiate to get the equipment (dollies) when I showed up at the location. They tried telling me I didn't have it, but never looked at anything. He then called someone and they did see I had the dollies reserved I said we did.Shaun K.

Knocked on the locked door and no answer. Called the first phone number listed and mailbox was full. Called the second number and the girl who answered the phone seemed confused and was going to get someone to help me, then disconnected the call. Called the number on the contract and the mailbox was full. FInally the girl came out from the back of the building, got the mileage and fuel level. Never inspected the outside of the vehicle nor did she want to verify the count of the 48 moving pads we had rented. She said 'it looks like they are all there'. I did receive an email confirmation of return of the truck, pads and dolly so any missing items are their responsibility. She had me pull the truck into a space and left the back door open for anyone to steal the items. Not my concern once I got that final email verification.ROBERT S.

Due the covid I understand the social distancing, but it will be better to take more time to check the trucks regarding damages and have them clean, regardless this one was brand new, it was smelling really bad to cigarette smog and the truck overall was full of dust.Paul Ruben S.

The location Sabor A La Mexicana is great! No issues with them. The issue is I'm supposed to get my truck at 8am at Pasadena. But the app did not work "saying rideshare is not in the contract" but it is in the terms. The office in Pasadena is still closed. Nobody there helped me with my issue. I called customer support. They changed my appointment to get a truck in Pacioma. These troubles took me 3-4 hours delay to be able to start moving items. This cost me money because of such a bad u-haul app and a bum employee at Pasadena didn't went to work.BENJAMIN C.
Poor customer service, no people skills. I was charged twice for a one day rental of a 10 footer. Save your selves the stress and headache of being ripped off. It's imposibble of getting an answer or money back from these people. To the UHaul Corporation: It's a shame you authorize dealers like this one to reprsent your company. I rent from uhaul quite often with my business and have never had a problem. Having said that i will never rent from uhaul again because of this location. There was no office to go into. the man his wife and young daughter never pulled my contract up on a computer instead they were outside with a calculator trying to figure it out. I took this u-haul to the car wash washed it inside and out, armor-all all the vinyl swept and vacuumed and deoderidzed it. Much cleaner than i recieved it and i get a reciept the next day i dont get my deposit back for cleaning. I rented this truck and dolly for a 2700 mile trip and paid for good insurance on both and they want to hit me for another 100 for cleaning that i already done and very unprofessional. A probably 14 year old kid and her mother out in the yard with a calculator, really? These people are liars and thieves and i will never rent another u-haul again unless this is made right. And i will make sure i recommend another company for any rentals in the future to all of my customers.James C.
