When we arrived to the pick-up location no one was there. There were 3 numbers posted on the sign, I called every number at least 5-10 times and left messages asking them to call me back. We waited in the heat and had to call Uhaul Customer Support for assistance. The codes on the locks were not working. After an hour someone finally walked outside and said they didn't hear us and didn't see our phone calls. The Uhaul place in Pacoima said because of the wait they would comp our gas but they didn't communicate that to Uhaul and we still were charged.
Naomi EStaff was very friends and efficient, also looks like a great little restaurant. Highly recommend.
