The truck has transmission problems due to which it consumes too much fuel. It was not at all well maintained and more over it does not have any fuel in it. It should have full tank of fuel when we should pick up so that we can drop off with full tank. Unprofessional equipment and maintenance.

Made me wait 30 minutes when I picked up the truck even though I booked and checked in prior. And then, I told them that I already filled the gas and they still charged me for fuel. I have photos and receipts. I called them and put me on hold for 20 minutes until I just gave up. Terrible Terrible Terrible.
