They wasted my time and my employees time even though I had pre booked. The truck had engine oil leakage which I informed them about, as I saw it prior to moving it, they didn’t even inspect the vehicle prior to giving to me. I told them so they had to change the booking to another vehicle which cost me extra hours to pay my employee because they made me wait longer. Also while assisting me the person left me waiting to assist a customer purchasing groceries at the store. Pre booking is done to reserve the vehicle you require and to not wait hours to get the vehicle When I received the vehicle it had less then half tank of fuel and when I returned it I refuelled it same as the fuel gauge as I received. The person at this U-Haul location charged me extra $21.00 and said it doesn’t matter how much fuel you got the vehicle at, it is U-Haul policy to refuel half a tank and return. I am a regular customer of U-Haul I have rented at so many other locations but had the worst experience at this location. Will never recommend this location and I will not return to this location to rent ever again.

It should have full tank of fuel when we should pick up so that we can drop off with full tank. Unprofessional equipment and maintenance.
Gurjant SMade me wait 30 minutes when I picked up the truck even though I booked and checked in prior. And then, I told them that I already filled the gas and they still charged me for fuel. I have photos and receipts. I called them and put me on hold for 20 minutes until I just gave up. Terrible Terrible Terrible.
