Made me wait 30 minutes when I picked up the truck even though I booked and checked in prior. And then, I told them that I already filled the gas and they still charged me for fuel. I have photos and receipts. I called them and put me on hold for 20 minutes until I just gave up. Terrible Terrible Terrible.

The rep/cashier was nice. The truck is beatup truck. Fuel was running out. There was no windshield water. Expensive, $2.07 per mileage.
