I was charged for and rented two flat Dollie’s and they weren’t in there. So I had to take more time and go buy those things. Why is that so hard you charge the customer for every little thing yet you don’t to the job correctly. I have used Uhaul for years and this is a reoccurring issue.
Taylor SNotepad for registration had problems. Picking up the truck took twenty minutes. Check engine light was on when I first picked it up, but went off later. Gas was low. However truck was clean and ran well. The attendant was pleasant and apologetic about the slow check-in process and the many problems with the notepad.
