The problem was with uhauls system, I was stuck in the hot sun 95 degrees for 2.5 hours trying to get your system to ok a truck to tow the trailer. It would even approve a 2 ton Ram diesel. The lady at the rental location was excellent the problem was with your computer and the information it required
