Santos CHire someone to work there that actually does their job like helping check in instead of being on cell phone and actually making sure the vehicle is clean. If it was brought back dirty, a charge should have been levied against the renters and then should have been cleaned by the place that accepted it. I ended up cleaning before use and before I turned it in.
