Great service, plenty of uhauls trailers and trucks in their yard.

As a retired commercial professional class A driver, your truck was very poorly maintained. It had 90K miles. Countless dings,dents,scrapes, & scratches. The brakes were barely capable of stopping this truck. Windshield wipers were past replaced. Putting this truck in the hands of a average driver, is a huge accident waiting to happen.

uhaul keeps changing locations on customers and information is not shared with other vendors, and i get emails that my truck is over due to returns.

locks on equipment where gummy & hard to work. Vehicle ran fine, but stank of stale cigarette. As an ashmatic, that was a bit of a problem. Should repair locks on the equipment & clean the interior with an ozone machine.

Keyring placard was broken. Was given both pieces. Employees said when returning, make sure you tell him that it was already broken. Employees were super helpful!

Lighting was not great. Very dark in areas especially at the very front. Didn't feel safe at this location. I found the drop off process though a lot less stressful than the pickup process.

Everything was great especially at the location I used, which was Sailors Exchange in St Augustine! The staff was amazing!

Find another company in the area to represent you. Company overcharged me $50 when I first appeared and my bank indicates I received a credit of $13. The office area of this agent is filthy,the parking area and road to the trailer is muddy and has deep deep depressions on exit. The trailer they initially assigned me appeared to be the oldest on the lot with very dated tires. I defused to accept and they switched me to an acceptable unit. This entire rental took over an hour to complete. Note: with the changes to the newer attachment clamp to the ball hitch it appears that a special lock is required to make the unit security safe. If I’m correct, your agents should advise that a stand lock will not suffice.

Your web site was a nightmare. I selected pick up at Mizel Rd. The site allowed thus location for pick up but made me select US 1 location for drop off. The site selected Sailors exchange, but was not clearly notifying me. I was driving from location to location. Looking at online reviews this seems to be a common complaint. I will consider Penske next time I need to rent a truck

I never use u-haul and never drive a truck before, i didn’t expect it so convenient . Staffs are so friendly, and very patient to gave me very good guidance and very patient to practice with me .and I able to drove 260 easily. The price is not bad, very worth it. I will definitely use u-haul whatever I need ! Love it

I didnt ask for insurance and asked for the three days that is included in a rental and got charged for second day!! The last rental I did through the Uhaul Store in St Aug off 16A , the equipment wasn't put on correctly and the trailer came off while I was driving at 16 and I-95. It was so scary. The girl was new and the guy helping her learn also missed putting down the mechanism which keeps the ball from coming off. Uhaul has been disappointing this monfh!
