Picked up the trailer and it had two warped/bulging tires. Couldn't tell right away because the trailer was stored in tall grass. It was pulled out of the tallest grass, attached to my vehicle and I left. I know an empty trailer makes a lot of noise and handles different, but this was extreme. I only had to drive two miles though so it was hard to tell. Loaded the trailer (properly) and left the same day. My entire vehicle was shaking and making so much noise. I knew I couldn't drive 900 miles like that. After 2 miles I pulled into a small U-Haul dealer. He checked my connections and tires, but could not find any issues. He suggested I go to the large dealer 8 miles away. We shook our way there slowly. A representative from the large dealer found two warped, bulging tires on the trailer (the only tires on the trailer). We called roadside assistance who came to change out the tires. When he took the first tire off he was shocked at what he found. The tire would not even roll across the ground. He was telling me that he was glad I realized something was wrong and came to get the tires changed out. Otherwise, the tires would have blown out on my trip home. This is a huge safety issue and thankfully no one was hurt.

Kelly ETrailer was dirty and pretty beat up. Left rear light not working except for turn and stop signal. Neither front fender sidelights work. Wires were hanging so I used a zip tie to secure to the fenders.
Ken SOnly complaint is that its a really hot warehouse so the wait was unpleasant. The gentleman handling our reservation was great.
