Trailer was dirty and pretty beat up. Left rear light not working except for turn and stop signal. Neither front fender sidelights work. Wires were hanging so I used a zip tie to secure to the fenders.
Ken SOnly complaint is that its a really hot warehouse so the wait was unpleasant. The gentleman handling our reservation was great.

Eric MStaff was very helpful and efficient. Hook-up of this heavy trailer was made a breeze by manager having equipment tongue on a stand; easy to back under. I definitely will return in the near future to rent a truck for our final move.
