Staff was very helpful and efficient. Hook-up of this heavy trailer was made a breeze by manager having equipment tongue on a stand; easy to back under. I definitely will return in the near future to rent a truck for our final move.

Zoe AThe manager was belligerent and mean and didn’t care about our traumatic experience. He refused to not charge us for fuel in the new truck after the first one broke down even though we don’t know the gas the new truck had since we exchange it and all of our belongings in a field behind a boat repair shop in St. Augustine. The customer service rep said we would not be charged and so did the employee at the Morton Grove Uhaul. The manager said he didn’t care what anyone said or what we had been through and charged me for the gas. I will be leaving bad reviews on social media, Google, and may take legal action.
