This location shouldn't even be an option. They treat customers very poorly! The equipment was dirty and furniture was left in the backâ€¦not to mention the area isn't safe. That is why I didn't look in the back before leaving to see how the previous customer left the equipment. It's a obvious the location doesn't care and they don't check! i will NEVER rent from this location again! And will probably review other obtains for renting in the future. Uhaul truly disappointed this time.Andrea T.

We had a 7am reservation and was told we couldn't pick up the truck until 10 am. We were given a smaller truck than ordered and had to move supplies reserved from one truck to another. Our moving day was off balance the remainder of the day. We had 6 friends helping with the move who were inconvenienced.Jordan G.

Unfortunately, it was not a very easy situation for me because I had a knee injury and chose the easy sign in thinking it would be really easy. But I still had to go to the gas station market at the farthest end of the building to get the key, wait in line only to be told "they not open" now by someone at checkout counter. I had already spoken to the owner and UHaul Customer Service, so I would have been furious. Then a young man from the kitchen came over to help me at the back window. When I still had to present my license again, the young man helped me understand the process. It was a convenience store so I felt truly uncomfortable for my truck rental business at hand. Please encourage all staff to get truck renters to the right person fter opening time,, Instead of trying to turn us away.June E.
Multiple customers were heading into the â€œEmployees Onlyâ€ door and the establishment had customers smoking inside. The truck reeked of cigarette smoke and was completely out of fuel, and had a food container inside. The building isn't in the safest part of town, but that can be overlooked. My â€œpickupâ€ was the staff member texting a picture of my ID to someone and waiting for a confirmation that I was allowed to pick up the truck. The verification was assumingely done offsite and made me extremely uncomfortable. There was no explanation of the rules, only an email on my phone which I had to read and decipher. I definitely do not recommend this location and I suggest this station is looked into for overall customer satisfaction.Benjamin K.
The location does not have a drop box as indicated on the app! We had to go searching around the strip center and then finally just went into the liquor store/gas station to ask where to return the keys. The attendant was super nice and assisted us right away! However, it was VERY clear we were not on the right side of town judging by the stare down we got. Luckily my husband and son were with me as I was highly uncomfortable.Sheryl C.

A place that I wouldn't recommend for even to my worst enemy!!! The area is definitely not safe to pick up the truck, but worse than that the pick up time was set to be at 8am , but the u-haul representative never showed up. Some random friend of him came and gave us the key at 11:15am !! Never recommend the salama crown place.Hawta H.

The staff at the pick-up location was extremely rude and took a very long time to even acknowledge our presence. I understand that they do not work for U-haul but I believe any business on that block would do a better job. We asked for assistance at the cashier 3 times before she pointed us to the person that was in charge. I suspect he was drunk and slightly incoherent at. In addition, the UHaul should have cost about $62 with mileage, tax, etc. but my card was charged $89.Travis C.
Experienced a number of issues... 1) This was not the pickup location I designated nor the closest option to my location. 2) When I arrived, my UHaul was not at this location. I waited over an hour for it to to delivered. 3) Once it was delivered, they realized they did not have all of the equipment I rented. It was all located at the location that the UHaul was just delivered from. 4) They did provide moving blankets...but only gave me a half dozen when I requested a full dozen. 5) The UHaul itself was pretty dirty on the inside (moving/storage area). Lots of debris. The people were nice but this location was not on top of things. Positives: - A worker from the other UHaul location dropped off my missing equipment to my door. That was incredibly nice and helpful.Alex S.
