Abigail CTell people about the 25-dollar cleaning charge. I was only in it for an hour I know it wasn't dirty. Plus I knew the gas was a bit short but not 4 gallons. The fact that you charged 4.25 a gallon when gas is 3.00 a gallon was a bit strange. But the people were nice so whatever.

WILLIE HI never got my military discount I was over charged for the trailer I only had it 3hrs was charged 3 days and I was charged $117 for something we have no idea what for bc I never got any receipt for it but it came out of my acct

JASON MI got criticized for a card declining twice before I could make the purchase. Guy said he doesn't understand how us people "Don't have fucking money on our cards" the back of the truck was also rusty and hard to open. horrible experience with pick up. Drop off was nice and easy.

Keith MGuy not really friendly. Gate malfunction caused a hassle. Not even emergency number would respond because mailbox was full. Had to call center in Arizona. Overall, not a great experience.

Mary LWhen I reserved the truck the guy I talked to told me I could pick it up at 12:30 on Saturday. I told him I could have the truck back by Sunday evening. He told me as long as I had it back by 9 am Monday it would be a one day rental. I had the truck back in 26 hours and they charged me a second day rental. Not happy about this.

Don RThe truck’s windshield wiper was loose and malfunctioning. The gear indicator was not working. Further more, I paid for an appliance dolly and furniture pads that were missing. We had to wait for the store to open, make a special trip which slowed us down.

Douglas MThe associate that worked there was rude and ignorant and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to visit that place he gave us a truck that had a coolant light on and and he said that’s normal and said just take it you’ll be ok like who does business like that the power steering was making noises and the washer fluid didn’t work it had a horrible wobble at 60 the exhaust sounded like it fell off you people need to make this establishment accountable I want a refund

Thomas EAll of the online process is a bit of a pain. There is no human interaction, so if you need help or want to do something, and the app or website doesn’t work like it should, you have to guess and hope for the best. Truck had a low tire (not the end of the world) and was a little dirty in the cab(also not the end of the world). I would still do it again, only because there aren’t better options and it wasn’t expensive enough to make me go elsewhere.
