We showed up about 5 mins early at 9:55 a.m. The man working exited his truck as we walked towards the door and said, "Is it 10:00?" I said, "Almost, it's 5 til" and without another word he opened the door as if he was going to let us in, then slammed the door in my face as I tried to go inside. It was completely rude and shocking. All he had to do was say he wasn't open yet, or just stay in his truck until 10am. We would have happily waited until he opened. There was no need to behave that way. It's pretty common for customers to arrive a few mins early for anything. At 10:02 he opened the door without a word to us. My husband and I walked in and he didn't want to check us in, saying we should have used the app. We explained that the app wasn't working for us. This man was also cradling and bottle feeding an infant raccoon. He was focused on this raccoon and not helping us. I continued to try and be friendly and asked him a question if the raccoon was orphaned. He completely ignored me, looked at my husband and asked for his license and info. The man was so incredibly and unbelievably rude. I was legitimately in shock to be treated like that. The man had zero customer service skills and was just all around such an off putting experience. To slam a door in my face and also have a wild animal in the business was beyond unprofessional.
