How U-Haul Reviews WorkIf I could of rated this a 0 stars, I would have. I reserved the truck for 5 pm to pickup items from an auction. The place of business was closed at 3:30 pm; therefore, I was tasked to use the online check-in. I arrived at 4:45 pm and began the process, which stated it is a 10.minute task. After several attempts to scan the back of my DL, it would not read. I then called Uhaul customer service and this is where I found out that the employees were incompetent. After speaking to several representatives, almost 2 hours later I finally was able to get the the truck. Now, here's the best part; by time I arrived at the house of the online auction, it was past the pickup time; therefore, I rented a truck for nothing and I lost my items that I won through the auction. Saying that I'm salty is an understatement! The kicker is that I have previously rented from this company and never experienced anything like this! Uhaul customer support, please do better training with your employees or you're going to lose a lot of business!
James RMy experiences with Uhaul get progressively worse. While the location agents were great the Uhaul process is ridiculously bad. Whomever designs your reservation and rental process should do a little bit of customer survey to make it more user friendly. I dread using Uhaul.
