Truck smelled terrible and Anesha purposely took an extra 20 minutes to approve my rental via mobile pick up simply because I asked how long it would take to approve. Which made me late.

Dennis KIf I could of rated this a 0 stars, I would have. I reserved the truck for 5 pm to pickup items from an auction. The place of business was closed at 3:30 pm; therefore, I was tasked to use the online check-in. I arrived at 4:45 pm and began the process, which stated it is a 10.minute task. After several attempts to scan the back of my DL, it would not read. I then called Uhaul customer service and this is where I found out that the employees were incompetent. After speaking to several representatives, almost 2 hours later I finally was able to get the the truck. Now, here's the best part; by time I arrived at the house of the online auction, it was past the pickup time; therefore, I rented a truck for nothing and I lost my items that I won through the auction. Saying that I'm salty is an understatement! The kicker is that I have previously rented from this company and never experienced anything like this! Uhaul customer support, please do better training with your employees or you're going to lose a lot of business!
