Joseph MWell to end my shitty move I had to deal with Sally Convenience. I just finished my move, and I was so exhausted and wanted to drop off the vehicle to get it done and over with. So, I call Sally Convenience and they give me the address. The address takes you different places, and I ended up getting lost. The only reason I was able to find the place was because it was the only gas station on Route 4 that had U-Hauls. When I went inside, they told me, "No, you need to go to the other side to put the U-Haul Truck". So, I went to the other side, and I went inside and they told me that I need to park the U-Haul where I originally was. So many fucking problems already! You know what's a good starter? Instead of giving me a shitty address, just give me the gas station name. There were two gas stations owned by the same manager. Just communicate and tell me to go to the Lukoil or the Fuel4. That's it! Why make it so difficult to find your place on Google Maps and Waze. And why don't they communicate? And the cherry on top was waiting for the manager to come and close my rental, which was 30 minutes. Fuck you guys making me drive loops on Route 4 and waiting for your boss. And fuck you U-Haul for making this entire process giving me a stroke. The only reason I am giving this place 2 stars was because I was given a coke for free. Besides that I'm probably just going to use Penske or some shit.
Junian JI arrived without a reservation. The clerk made my reservation and a correction had to be made. He called his supervisor who immediately corrected it. A great experience, and would definitely use them again.
JAIME LI had a terrible customer service pickup. The location I was given didn’t have a truck. Customer service them wanted to send me 10 miles away instead of across the street where they had a truck. I was delayed 2 hours because of this.

Edgar RPoor customer service. Delayed service even though completed check in online and did everything myself. Refuse to give keys wasted 1 hour at location just waiting for keys. Truck wasn’t clean of snow or even able to get out of spot due to a lot of snow
