Paul TVery unhappy. The Oswego location did not have these U-Haul that we ordered. So we had to drive all the way to the Pask Guy location. And when we got there, it took forever to get the U-Haul. They told us that we would be getting a different Mileage amount to compensate for it and that they would not charge us a late fee if we wanted to keep it longer. They did not keep their word on either of those things and I do not appreciate the dishonesty. We ended up dropping off the U-Haul 10 minutes later than we were supposed to, and they still charge us for a full day and they did not keep their word on the mileage amount. I do not think we will ever be using U-Haul again.

SHAWN CI was not able to self check in the return of the trailer. It’s in a rural area and I have no internet access. I sent an email with a picture of the trailer. There was no one there as they close at 3:00 on Saturdays.

Because of that experience with check in on the internet & no one available in person, we will most likely not use nor recommend U-haul again. However, the dealer in Pulaski, NY was very accommodating to helping us out in a difficult situation.

Thomas RTHE BEGINING GAS WAS 3/4 THE MAN SAID IT WAS 3/8 SO HE CHARGED ME 37.80 FOR A 8TH OF A TANK SO I WAS NOT HAPPY I FILLED IT TO THE SPOT I KNOW THE GAS GAGE WAS WHEN I PICKED IT UP BUT, THE MAN AT THE DROP OFF SPOT SAID IT WAS 3/8 AND I FILLED IT TO 3/4 THE PAPER WITH THE BEGINING WAS UNREADABLE SO I PAYED THE 37.80
TOM CI only saw the outside of the building and the parking area, and that was acceptable, so I can't comment on the condition of the office. as far as the personnel being helpful - there was someone there when I dropped off the truck even though there wasn't supposed to be. However whoever it was basically shut the door in my face when I got out of the truck. Maybe that person couldn't have helped me anyway but he/she could have at least said that. I would recommend the location - again - because it is convenient.

Rich NI was going to be late for my pickup and called this location and let them know. The individual I talked to said there was no problem. When I got done with my appointment I had a message on my phone that my contract had been cancelled. This was through another location in the Syracuse area. This required me to make an additional call to redo the contract.
Gregory TDid not receive a dolly but it was in the contract. Did not know it was in the contract. Never received the dolly and was given a hard time about it at the turn in.

Lisa RThe problems we had was not with the location it was with your online pickup/return application as well as other issues. Such as driving 35 miles to pick up the vehicle which was not there. Then having to go to a location 8 miles from our home to pick up a vehicle half the size we wanted.
