Let the local dealer do his job!!!! Your corperate office emailed me over 15 times in three days, they changed the truck from 10' to 15, then back again, changed the hours of pick up, and drop off, not only did I have many emails, but JUST AS MANY CALLS! Alan Englebrecht, the owner rents U-Haul trucks to me for moving medical equipment and non profit items a few times a year. NEVER have I had so many calls, emails and problems from CORPERATE!!!!

Daniel Rthe only problem we had that the truck did not me things from getting wet in the rain. I now have a ruined mattress and sleeper sofa.
susan bTrailer had a good amount of debris inside, the worker did offer to sweep it out before we took it however. We were told by the employee we could drop the trailer off at a different location, when we went to do that they told us we had to return it to the original place of rental
