Trailer had a good amount of debris inside, the worker did offer to sweep it out before we took it however. We were told by the employee we could drop the trailer off at a different location, when we went to do that they told us we had to return it to the original place of rental

SHAWN PThe back door was frozen shut had to wait 1.5 hours for someone with a heater to come and thaw the door. The washer fluid was frozen and did not work for the first day of rental The dolly wheel was stuck and I had to grease and work on the tire so it would move
