Renee WSecond time I have used this location. Utilized mobile pick up using U-Haul Truck Share 24/7. Called the day before ask to ask gor details on the mobile pick up process, and they were happy to explain the process fully. When I picked up the truck, the equipment I ordered was in the back of the truck and in great condition. Truck was clean and in great condition as well. Would use this location again without hesitation.
Tyler ROwner wasn't friendly or knowledgeable. She was very argumentative. Uhaul needs to educate this person about how commercial accounts work.
ed HWith the location, not being open when we picked up or dropped off I had to call customer service twice because the app was not functioning correctly. I probably would not run again unless the office was open during the times I needed a truck.

Kholmumin UFirst, the app would not upload my drivers license for multiple try’s. Then after it did take my DL it would not upload the pics of the vehicle. So I gave up and did not finish. Then the check engine light was on the whole time and there is a layer of grime in the cab. Not happy!

mark mTruck was filled with drywall powder and debris. There was cardboard in the back as well as a stick with nails in it. And then I got charged a cleaning fee even though the trick was giving to me dirty and don’t have my blankets or floor dolly in it. Was terrible and the website couldn’t pick up my location so I had to call the 800 number to get live verification on the phone which then made me download the app. The number for the location did not answer and their hours are wrong in their website and Google. Terrible service and will never use this place or company again

Gary LMary was very easy to work with and made the rental experience satisfying and concern free. They were flexible in working with me on my return time and made that part of my needing the truck worry free. Although the truck I had had a few noises going on, they assured me it was no big deal and the truck should operate fine and it did. definitely will rent from this location again

Matthew TSuper sweet people. But upon return, they were not there. I had to leave the keys with a worker in the rear of the building (different department). I received an email telling me that the fuel tank needed 3 Gallons of fuel. The same receipt showed the total mileage 14.

brigid cThe mobile process was time consuming and never worked to return truck. We spent 40 mins after a very long day of moving trying to get app to upload pictures of truck and it never did. Also the price was much higher this time than previous times for same mileage, exact same trip to daughter’s college.
Amanda SIt doesn't look like a typical Uhaul office location. There is furniture restoration place, cute dogs. I haven't received the automated email from uhaul that I returned the trailer. The lady said I will get an email soon.

Graydon TI needed an adapter to connect the trailer wiring to my car's electrical port. I had no way of knowing this in advance. The U Haul location did not provide this adapter so I was forced to buy one before I could pick up the trailer. U Haul should either provide the wiring adapters or at least warn customers they will need to provide their own.

Donah VI opened the door and there were 2 dogs staring at me, could be scary if you are not ready for it. The person running the place eventually came out and told me what to do. Written Instructions were not very clear.
