Second time I have used this location. Utilized mobile pick up using U-Haul Truck Share 24/7. Called the day before ask to ask gor details on the mobile pick up process, and they were happy to explain the process fully. When I picked up the truck, the equipment I ordered was in the back of the truck and in great condition. Truck was clean and in great condition as well. Would use this location again without hesitation.
Tyler ROwner wasn't friendly or knowledgeable. She was very argumentative. Uhaul needs to educate this person about how commercial accounts work.
ed HWith the location, not being open when we picked up or dropped off I had to call customer service twice because the app was not functioning correctly. I probably would not run again unless the office was open during the times I needed a truck.
