The whole experience was complete garbage. First I received a call that the trailer I reserved was double booked. I had to go a day early to a different location to get it and was told I wouldn’t be charged. Then when I returned it the office never said it was returned and got charged for extra time I didn’t use it and now I’m fighting for my money back and nobody seems to interested in helping me. I’m severely disappointed.

Vitalii ISign in and pick up was exhausting. Took over 30 minutes of frustration. Site kept freezing and telling me to try later! Check out tried billing 200 extra miles and $118 gas! WTAF?

WILLIAM WLocation just getting started, so did not have supplies (blankets available), HOWEVER, these were added at the last minute. Was helpful in finding another location to get these supplies. Very quick service!
