Rosa is such a help. This is my second time renting at this location though we have lots of other locations. My rental was a last minute thought trying to squeeze a vehicle move into my already full day. Rosa got me hooked up, checked out and on my way in a matter of minutes. MICHAEL CThe friendly, knowledgeable and helpful customer service I received from Rosa Noriega was way beyond my expectations. While I had made a reservation online, Ms Noriega spent time with me to review my moving requirements. As a result I was able to go from a 20 ft to a 15 ft truck, saving me money, and, for me, easier to handle. I was also able to save more money by not have to rent car hauler. Since my destination was only 70 miles away, she recommended booking a local rental instead of one-way, leaving my vehicle at this U-Haul location, and returning the truck back to this location. I really appreciated her advice and the savings I realized from it. I highly recommend this U-Haul location and Ms. Noriega.

FLOYD MRosa was a pleasure to work with and so the following is not a reflection on her. When an auto transport is being rented, U-Haul agents should be able to do more than just refer the renter to the instruction on the fender of the auto transport. Specifically, agents should be able to assist with strapping in the car or at least be able to say whether the car is property loaded. In addition, when I made the reservation on 1/18, I selected a specific drop off location convenient to me. When I picked up the truck and auto transport on 1/22, I was advised that the chosen location isn't available for drop off. When I received the e-mailed receipt, my originally chosen drop location was showing. This is good of course, but the confusion was available. On both of these fronts, I think U-Haul and can much better.
DANIEL BRosa was an amazing help. She knew the U-Haul procedure very well and told us all of the options that were available to us. Her recommendations made the process smooth and easy. The service couldn't have been better, very satisfied with her assistance.

MICHAEL SThis was undoubtedly my worst experience with U-Haul, and I rent b/w 8-10 trucks a year. Rosa Noriega needs a course in customer satisfaction. I had a truck reserved for 1145am on Sunday 1/18. I was in the turn lane less than 1/4 mile away from the location at 11:46am, and watched her vehicle pull out of the parking lot. I wasn't terribly concerned, since I had set the rental up as a TruckShare 24/7 rental, and was expecting the keys to be in the lock box. After 10 minutes of checking in and submitting my info to the app, when I got to the screen I was expecting to see the lockbox code, it told me I needed to go inside to get my key. Go inside a place that closed 15 minutes before the closing time advertised on your website and posted on the door. I immediately called in to the 800 number. Apparently my call was logged at 12:00:28. While I have MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS ABOUT HOW CORPORATE HANDLED THE ISSUE - including being hung up on 3 times, and never yet (even now, 48 hours later) received a call back from the representative I had been speaking with, nor a supervisor as I had requested. What has me truly irate - is when I went in on Monday morning at 930am to get the key from Ms. Noriega...not only was she not in ANY way apologetic, rather, she was confrontational, argumentative, and dismissive...going to the extreme of saying "You can go somewhere else if you like," completely ignoring/arguing with me that I had already been charged for the rental "It's not a charge, it's only a hold". Then, she called in to corporate and found out that the truck TT1013 had indeed been dispatched to me - without keys - the day prior (which means that I indeed was being charged). Corporate informed her that she was to just give me the keys. For 18 months, this location was named "Signsfast" and I never once had any sort of problem or issue. In the three times of renting since the business changed to "Samarthay", twice I have had issues. Why do I continue to rent from this location? Because they are the only ones in my area with Sunday hours.`I would love to hear from a U-Haul representative about this, but given the track record of corporate following up on issues, I highly doubt that I will actually receive a response.

ARTHUR CI’ve rented or returned trailers to this location on several occasions and have always had a great experience. This is not the closest UHaul to my home but it’s worth the drive. The staff has been easy to work with and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

LAWRENCE WIf you need to move - this is the U Haul location you need to go to! The lady (I wish I remembered her name) at this facility was nothing short than amazing! She was so friendly and just so incredibly helpful! I would highly recommend using her for your move! Moving is so stressful in itself and it was nice to have this part be so easy!

Kathy PThe lady running the facilities was great. She accommodated us a every turn. I would highly recommend her personally. She was willing to work late to accommodate other customers, who needed a trailer. She allowed me to walk my service dog on property after hours. He needed to relieve himself after several hours if watching my brother and I move. I'm a disabled vet 100% compensated by this great country. However I'm furious with U haul. I will never use your company again. You expect me after we have worked all day moving, to return to your facility, take pictures, notate mileage, and park the truck properly, and do all this in the dark to avoid an additional $20 fee. I'm sorry that's not acceptable on any level. If you do NOT reverse the charges of our move and do something kind for the lady who helped us, then I will recommend the public seek help moving from another company. The truck we used was of an exceptional quality having less than 2000 miles of service. Please understand the amount of work you require to validate the customer has respected your property is TOTALLY unacceptable.
