I rented a 26’ moving truck and car carrier trailer to make a 1200 mile move and shortly after leaving with the truck (fully loaded) the check engine light came on. The acceleration and deceleration made the trip longer than it had to be, even on flat ground. The check engine light could possibly have been related to the performance. The front end was hard to control. There was too much play in the steering and going over small bumps created an immediate need for correction. There was a very big drift like feeling in the steering. If I was an inexperienced driver, the poor handling and performance of this vehicle would have likely resulted in an accident, or worse. I have been a CDL holder for over a decade and driver many different types of Commercial Vehicles. This vehicle should have not been on the road. The car carrier that was rented to me, with all bald tires, was worse than the truck. I had a blowout from one of the trailer tires half way through my trip and caused a minimum of a 12 hr delay. At 7:30pm Saturday June 27th, I called U-Haul for assistance of the tire issue. They secured a technician but he did not arrive until almost 1am to make the repair. The repair wasn’t complete until about 2am. This set back my entire trip. At the very least, I should not be charged a single dollar for car carrier trailer due to the issue. I should also be compensated for my time lost due to the equipment malfunction and the poorly maintained truck.

For U-Haul Corporate - 1) You should learn how to communicate with your dealers so they know what’s going on. 2) You should install a dashboard touchscreen, so people who are moving can follow up a map without having to use a handheld device. 3) You shouldn’t charge full price if the truck is returned early. We had the truck for three days and were charged for six days.

Brandon ERenting from this location this past weekend was amazing!! She was very nice, and patient with me (I had about 100 questions lol, because I've never rented from Uhaul before.) The contract process was simple and quick, she explained everything step by step to me. And when I was taken out to see the truck before leaving, I said that I was feeling very intimidated/ nervous because I'd never driven a truck so big. They made sure I knew how to operate everything inside the truck, where to fill the gas, and walked me through on how to put the ramp down and lock everything back up, and made sure I was comfortable and confident with everything. The idea of moving in general was really stressful for me, and she also helped with positive encouragement, while making sure I had everything I needed to be successful. The truck return was equally easy, and quick. I will 1000% recommend them to anyone wanting a Uhaul truck, and I'll also be back in the future if I do. Thanks So Much all of your help!!!

john MThis location has above and beyond customer service. I was in need of a 20-ft truck rental and the lady Rosa went and picked it up from another location just to make sure my rental went smooth. This is the only location I will ever rent from. All her equipment is always sanitized and clean I highly recommend this location to everyone. She always goes out of her way to make sure All her customers are happy before they leave.

She promised to hold me a 15’ truck for a Sunday ( which by the way the only u haul open on a Sunday, which I can’t understand why everyone else isn’t open, when most people move on weekends!). Picked up truck, office was clean, all employees were very friendly, truck was clean, truck ran good, return of truck was also easy. A VERY PLEASANT AND PLEASURABLE EXPERIENCE! Moving is hard enough and they made this so EASY!!! THANK YOU!

DANIEL BI rent uhaul trailers occasionally. This location has great trailers. The tow chains have clips. Staff can use a lift to help weaker people attach the trailer. Probably the best uhaul location in the area.
