Wasn’t able to get the keys for over an hour past my pickup time. This is u-haul’s fault. And the truck didn’t have the blankets I paid for.

Why did I receive an email confirming my reservation at one facility, but then texted a different location for pick up. It was confusing to say the least. All in all, it ended up working out. Plus, the gas situation was not fully understood.
