I drove 5 miles and put more gas than I used and was still charged for 2 gallons of fuel. Uhaul stats on their website that the truck gets 12 mpg. How is it that 5 miles equals over 3 gallons of gas? Where is the common sense? I know they go off the very unreliable fuel meter and that's a big problem. I took a picture of the fuel meter before leaving the parking lot and it showed around 75%. When I returned it, I took another picture of it at 75%. I noticed in the App, it said the fuel was originally at 95%, which is way off, and I have proof.
