JORDAN FThe cigarette lighter was not working, so my phone would not charge.They had outdated u s b.Ports. Because of this, I was locked in a yard for fifteen hours before somebody would let me out, because I couldn't call anybody because my phone was dead. It was fifteen hours I had to pay for it. From six p m to 9 a m the following morning i sat in the truck.I'm waiting for somebody to open the gate.

ALLEN HA U-Haul is a U-haul, after 20 plus years in the Army moving every 2 to 3 years I have used lots of U-haul services. What i have never seen before was staff like you have there! Friendly, outgoing and super helpful! What an absolute pleasure to deal with! Well done guys!! The Wyoming guy, definitely bringing Elk on my next visit!

JOSE MCustomer service was great. The problem is that they do not have any towing balls or trailer plug adaptors, so you have to go to another branch to get these items. Ordered 12 blankets and they only had 6.

Emma BWay too much to do before picking up the U-Haul. I spent a good 20 minutes trying to get everything done to actually pick it up and having to take all the pictures before and after. I almost missed my pick up time for the item I rented the U-Haul to go get.

JAIME EI reserved a moving van and called as directed for a discount on the mileage. I was informed that a van was not available, but I would be given a box truck for the same mileage discount as the van. (The van was $0.59/mile, and the box truck was $0.79/mile.) When I arrived at the location, they said they couldn't honor what I was told about the discount to $0.59/mile. They then called customer service, who said they couldn't physically lower the rate from $0.79, despite the fact that I was told they would honor the lower rate. They then told me that they could lower it to $0.69/mile. This makes no sense because they said they couldn't lower it in the system, but they did, but not to the $0.59/mile as promised. I felt like I was lied to and I was forced to accept $0.69/mile when I was promised $0.59/mile. Another customer in front of me complained about the same thing- quoted one price and denied that price as the office. Upon return at 2:00, the employee said he was "closing up in a few minutes so I had to get our stuff out of the van. The office actually closed at 3:00, but we were forced to take our belongings out of the van at 2:20 and lay them on the ground until our ride arrived. I asked if there was a trash can to put some of our trash, and the employee told me they "don't provide that service." So we were forced to take our few items of trash with us. I could have just left it in the van, but we didn't. Just a very disappointing experience all around.

DALE EThey had terrible customer service. Didn't do a inspection before I took the vehicle and was told it had a 1/2 tank of gas when in fact it was barely at 1/4 tank. When I returned the vehicle it was even worse. I'll never rent from that location again.

MARK VI’m upset that I was charged $89 for returning the van late. We were in standstill traffic so nothing we could do. I called to let them know and had the van returned before the office closed. This is fraudulent in my opinion.

Ellen AThe truck rental location was great very helpful. This complaint if you can call it that is with corporate U-haul. I had a storage unit at U-haul self storage, needed a truck went on U-haul self storage website logged in went to truck rentals reserved a truck entered credit card got confirmed emails sent to me all very easy. Went to pick up truck and U-haul self storage doesn't rent trucks. Inside one of the key drop box is a note informing me to go to San Marcos self storage for truck rental. They had my reservation every thing was great but it would have been nice to have been notified on U-haul self storage website that the truck rental was at a different location. Thanks.
