I am actually requesting a refund only because I didn’t do the rental and didn’t get to talk to anybody about it. But I have been to this location before and they are super excellent and always very kind and helpful. I just want a refund so I can get it again at this location in the future. Also, when you are looking for this location it is hard to find so you have to put the address to it but it is a great place to rent from.

Abimbola AI was very disappointed has we flew in from NY rented an Uber to the Uhal place, that I had previous made reservations for to find out they had rented our uhual to someone else. It took awhile to locate another 20 foot uhual in which we had to pay another $40 for an Uber to get there. And all they would compensate us was $50. After all the hassels, making us very late to get to where we needed to be and paying for two Ubers, was very disappointing. Plus the manager at the Raleigh Uhual the first uhual we went to was very rude and non'-compassion for their mistake. The gentleman at the counter was very decent and understood why we were so upset. KNOWING IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE!
