Wwe ordered 2 furniture dolleys, which weren't available. I was on hold for about 20 minutes trying to find someplace near us to get the dolleys. I was told there were none available in the Portland area--this would've been nice to know when we placed the order. Needless to say, it was a major hassle for me and my daughters to load without these. Not very happy with Uhaul.Laurie M.

S & R didn't have the equipment that I ordered so we burned through 2 hours driving to Hillsboro to get the things I ordered. The outside of the truck was dirty as was the inside of the cab and when I tried to notify through the app it wouldn't allow me to take a picture. The odometer reading was off and when I tried to update the odometer and fuel reading through the app it didn't work so I was charged a bunch of extra money due to these inconveniences. I was charged 50 extra miles and two rental periods because of tech problems.Greg H.

The tow dolly was missing a tail light. The sales man was nice enough to call Uhaul and take care of the issue. I had to drive to another uhaul location to get the light installed. Not huge but still an inconvenience that I was in a time crunch to hit the road. I was provided with a discount and I didn't have to talk to anyone to complain. I appreciate his diligence in taking care of the issue.Vernon H.

Initially this was not the spot I was going to pick up my trailer. I was told by the Uhaul store on Tualatin valley hwy (after just speaking to them an hour prior and confirming my reservation) that the trailer was not at the location I requested and was in fact 12 miles In the opposite direction. not only was the equipment not in the place I reserved but I had to pick up a day early to meet my timeline.colby S.

The employees were friendly and helpful. We requested 3 weeks prior to have dolly,hand cart 12 pads and a 6x12 trailer at a specific location. A few days prior we were informed it worked need to be a different location for pickup. When we arrived they had the trailer, and the band cart. Zero blankets and zero dolly. When making a long distance move with limited time, this was frustrating. We had to drive to another location for the dolly and use our own blankets to protect the furniture. Our expectation with reserving well in advance was that our needs would be met. They were not. For the price we pay, that was a disappointment.Michael C.

Was used prior to transport marijuana. I appreciate being told about this in advance. Still, i feel there could be steps taken to ensure that prior customers don't leave odors behind or to clean up after. I'm suspecting that the drop off facility charged extra to clean again due to the odor which was not caused by me.LISA N.

Tell this place to clean the truck and air it out immediately when returned, not every four days or so. Entire truck reeked of raw pot that had been hauled...raw moldy pot in the rafters and floor, floor covered with forest type debri, branches etc. They also charged me for 10 miles more on gas than what I wrote down for my personal info ... wish I'd take a pic of that too. We have pics of the inside of the truck bed...if you are interested. Had to roll with it anyway and now my storage locker is a bit on the smelly side, hoping that it dissipates.Susan B.

However the person I dealt with on the phone making the reservation was very pushy did not listen to what I had to say and stuck to the script that I am assuming U-Haul has provided him. The location was fine the uhaul system is poor.if uhaul gives a confirmation you assume your confirmed but to get a call a day before the move that the pickup location is 30 miles away and it is a smaller truck puts you in a bind. Also i was confirmed for a 8am pickup so as i was sitting in the parking lot at 8am i got a text saying to see if the location is open at 9am. Just poor communication. Maybe don't give a confirmation until it is actually confirmed.Troy B.

Two people with me were upset and said we had to go back to the apt. and get it. your store, your team took care of me so easily. Thank you- I needed their help & Uhaul came through again. this was my 1st move alone, at 66. I'm not b.s.ing you, Uhaul was wonderful to me coming in to rent and also gong out when I was finished.
