I was never notified that I needed to pick the U-Haul up from a different location other than what my confirming email had said and where requested it from. Once I got there to pick up the U-Haul it took quite some time as it seemed like the gas station clerk hadn’t done this very often. Once we finally got ready to go. He had to check three different locations for the keys. And the following day, I received a message stating that I never returned by U-Haul, which I returned it after two hours to the spot that I haven’t had requested it at. Spoke to someone briefly after I received a message. She stated that she would give me a call back never heard back from her either. Just a terrible experience all around. still have not received a phone call confirming that I would not be overcharged due to having the U-Haul dropped off at “the wrong location.”
