The location on 2154 central parkway is so extremely dangerous and there’s no clear parking spots for uhauls. When I got there there wasn’t anyone to help me for the first 30 minutes until a mechanic said he also handled uhaul drop offs. The representatives on the phone completely lack training and have no idea how to respond to customer’s questions.
