Never actually met a person. Was all drop box, but without enough information to feel comfortable you were doing it correctly. No place to pull over in front of the shop. Drop off location was super confusing; no obvious place to leave the truck. The whole set-up made you feel like something wouldn't go right and would likely be charged extra because of lack of clarity.

Ousmane was very nice and helpful. The problem was, we had a pickup time of 10:30am. Nobody there until 11:00am!! So, I waited 30 minutes!! Unacceptable!! Also, bad part of town. I won’t be using U-Haul again!!
OLIVIA SThe truck was not available and ready at scheduled time. At rescheduled time 1.5 hours later, owner was not present and had difficulty verifying our truck. We got the truck 2 hours after our original time and were told multiple times that they may not have a truck for us today

Jeff MThe truck was parked on a street a block away, completely out of sight of the business location. The building is very rundown—it was hard to know if it was actually a business. The furniture dolly was not in the truck and nobody was inside the business location, so the move was much more difficult than it would have been if the dolly was included.
