I give the Above Average rating only because the guy working the counter was gracious and very helpful. Really a pleasure. The truck was what I expected from U-Haul -- kinda falling apart. Engine had the sounds of a piece of equipment begging to be put out of its misery.

CURTIS CI did not double check the work of the employee who hitched the trailer to my vehicle at the uhaul location. The trailer disconnected on the highway as a result of him not having tightened the hitch latch. Fortunately, the safety chains prevented an accident.

It was filmed over making driving against light difficult. ..... But office staff was exceptional, friendly and effective. Thank you.

JACK LI got there on time but they are understaffed so they were unable to get the car to me until half an hour after my appointment started so I had hardly any time to move before I had to bring the truck back. Also I was confused about some of the directions and the employee kinda made me feel stupid for it, I know I'm slow but still hurt my feelings a little.
LUCY MI am a repeat customer, I stage homes and use the 10' trucks so that I only have one trip. I find it so easy to rent from this location that I often go out of my way due to the convenience and ease... great owner and employees.

MELISSA LNeeded 24hr drop off, this place saved me from trying to park car and trailer in a city that requires permits for over night parking. Just did the drop off after I was done using the trailer. Super helpful.

KEN RLocation was convenient, but it's next to a few scary businesses. Since we rented a van for In-Town use, I was planning on leaving my vehicle at the site, but I didn't feel comfortable so I had to ask someone to give me a ride and pick me up later.
