MICHAEL SThe representatives had our Uhaul prepped and ready to go when we arrived. They did their best to make us happy customers after having our reservation changed by CORPORATE Uhaul less than 24-hours prior to pick-up. This location worked hard ensure our interaction going forward was great, even though CORPORATE Uhaul changed our pick-up location from 10 minutes away to over an hour away. Since CORPORATE Uhaul did absolutely NOTHING to resolve this discrepancy and have us avoid a 2+ hour round trip to pick-up our trailer, CORPORATE Uhaul left if to the local dealer to make us happy...which they did.
