Excellent customer service
estefana gthe location was soooo sketchy. when i asked an attendant for help, he was feeding cats and didn’t even make eye contact with me. i was charged $30 for fuel when I drove 5 miles!!!!! total scam

Rex TI recently rented a moving van from this U-Haul location to pick up a sofa set for my family, and I truly had such a great experience from beginning to end. When I walked in, I was greeted by the owner himself. He was incredibly welcoming, professional, and took the time to help me choose the right rental for exactly what I needed to move. He made the entire process fast, easy, and stress free. The van was very clean, ready to go, and he even provided me with moving blankets to use during the move, which honestly came in very handy and were greatly appreciated. He also walked me through the return process beforehand so everything would go smoothly. When I returned the rental, the employees were just as kind and efficient. They made the return process quick and easy, and the customer service all around was excellent. You can tell this location truly cares about their customers. I will definitely be coming back here in the future whenever I need to rent a moving van again. Highly recommend!

Weijie ZMy reservation was originally at another location. They called and said I could pick it up early, so when I went down there, they didn’t even have the trailer I reserved. Luckily the location I’m reviewing had one, I raced over there because it was closing time. I got there about 10 minutes after they closed but the gate was still open so I went in. The young man operating the facility said they were closed. I explained my situation and he gladly took care of me. I was out with the trailer 10 minutes later and able to make my move as scheduled. He provided great customer service and professionalism. I would return to this location if I need another rental.
Robert FService was great. Owner/manager was very nice and helpful, customer-oriented. He hooked up the trailer for me and it was in decent shape. One area was dented pretty badly, but it was well marked and he pointed out the damage. A couple of issues: I had reserved the trailer at one location (The Alameda in San Jose) but was informed 24 hours ahead of time that I would have to drive to Santa Cruz. Not only did this require driving over 30 miles in commuter traffic each way (so more time and money) but it is a winding road and not one I would prefer to drive with a trailer. Also, this particular location is at a very odd junction of busy roads with lots of traffic at high speeds right off of the freeway. It is easy to miss the entrance to the location, which requires doing another full lap in crazy busy traffic. It is also hard to get out of this location - traffic light doesn't easily turn and I had to get out of my car and press the crosswalk sign after waiting several minutes for the light to change.

Nader NThe location is an awkward one to enter and exit (getting out particularly). The signage could be improved. Finding it can be tricky for someone who doesn't live in the area. But the important thing is that they are well stocked and they had what I needed on short notice. Service was great.

Jessica MThis location is awesome! Close to home. Friendly and helpful staff. I usually rent a car hauler. This time I rented the toy hauler. It tows well and was easy to load and unload. It does have a higher center of gravity and is wider than the car hauler. I think I will stick with the car hauler next time. It’s a little easier and not as wide.

Mickey DIt was all ready to go, and everything went fine. A big truck like this could be difficult to drive but it wasn't too bad really. So much has been figured out to make it easy and foolproof for the user, and even though at first I did not figure out some things like how to put the ramp even with the bed and that there was a light inside the van, eventually because of the little signs on things I did figure that stuff out. We were able to move a lot of stuff for a very reasonable cost. I only have one suggestion. I think that the wood cleats on the sides are certainly not as good as the E track type of attachment points where you can move the attachement points around to customize. I had trouble with my tie down straps coming loose from these cleats also. Nevertheless nothing got damaged, so it all worked out well. Thank you for a great service!

JAMES HIt went great overall. The manager/owner was so very nice. And even provided us with protective blankets. The location there is a bit confusing to find and hard to get in and out of. The return process got confusing because they had us going to a place that would not accept the return but they found an alternative return uhaul place a bit further away. That place was also confused and we almost could not return there either, but the manager/operator at Little Valley Rd uhaul was soooo helpful. We are thankful to have been able to use the trailer for 1 way 😊 overall great experience.
