JOHN BI was give a much smaller U-Haul because they said one of their uguale was not working, I only agreed to use the smaller van model vs the box truck model because they said they would give me a discount, however, I never received a discount

KENNETH EI specifically told the clerk I overfilled the gas tank. He told me to reach out to customer service. When I did they said he marked it as 3/4 of a tank... When I have timestamped photos showing otherwise. This is poor customer service.

Laurie T1) The windshield wipers were very worn. I counted 13 streaks on the driver side where the wiper did not remove water. Making it hard to see. 2) I wanted a 15 foot truck to haul 12 foot lengths of carpet. The interior of the truck was 12', not 15' as advertised. You really can't count Grandmas Kitchen in the length of the compartment. I had to drive with the back door open, fortunately it was not raining that day. 3) Location is difficult to get to from 2 of 3 directions, You can't change that, its just an odd location. 4) I reserved 3 furniture dollies to help me and the rep there said he didn't have any. I ordered it all with sufficient time to get them to the location, but they were not available. Very unprofessional.
DANIEL MLarge trailer needs a jack for safety and convenience reason. Could easily be like one on auto transporter trailer.
