JAMES HIt went great overall. The manager/owner was so very nice. And even provided us with protective blankets. The location there is a bit confusing to find and hard to get in and out of. The return process got confusing because they had us going to a place that would not accept the return but they found an alternative return uhaul place a bit further away. That place was also confused and we almost could not return there either, but the manager/operator at Little Valley Rd uhaul was soooo helpful. We are thankful to have been able to use the trailer for 1 way 😊 overall great experience.

JESSE REverything was actually pretty good. The location is not very obvious when looking for it. There is no "Short Stop" sign anywhere...and it is not obvious that there would b a business located behind the building on the back wall. But whatever, that is minor stuff...there IS a sign pointing UHAUL renters to the office...that DID help. Anyway, the persons with whom I engaged were all just fine. No complaints.
AMBER CPerfect service quick pick up and quick return. Used a cargo van: excellent vehicle easy to handle. Drove like a car except for the shocks.

The U-Haul rep at this location kept an eye on the pricing the morning before our pickup and noticed that, for some reason, the reservation price had increased by $40 when we arrived. He did his best to get us back to the original price and was able to help in several ways, including recommending next steps for working with U-Haul customer support. Overall, he was fantastic, and I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to move out of Santa Cruz!!!
