The parking lot was crowded and it was hard to know where to go and park. When I finally found the entrance, the person who took the keys seemed lackadaisical and I was unclear if I was giving them to the right person.

JACK LI got there on time but they are understaffed so they were unable to get the car to me until half an hour after my appointment started so I had hardly any time to move before I had to bring the truck back. Also I was confused about some of the directions and the employee kinda made me feel stupid for it, I know I'm slow but still hurt my feelings a little.
