Would have been 5 stars but I packed what I had in my car into the truck to find out the battery was dead. They were very helpful and got me a new one quickly. It was a pain to move some of the heavy stuff to a new truck but still the service was great.

I've rented from this location in the past and it's always been a great experience. HOWEVER, this time around I use the smart phone app to pick up and drop off the vehicle. The app had trouble verifying my location (location services were on) and the process on screen was very tedious and time consuming. It literally took me 22 minutes to go through the process.

It was close - so that was the benefit. The lot was unpaved and full of puddles - not that big a deal, but not like the U-haul locations where I have been. It was closed - so I have no comment on the personal.
I had a lot of trouble using the app to return the truck. I would take pictures and then they would disappear or the app would have me start over and this was very frustrating. I finally was able to submit something - but I don't think it had all the pictures. The app process was fine - but it seems to not work as designed - at least on my iPhone.
