I had a little trouble checking in the rental after hours. I went to the website (QR code) and submitted it several times but would get an error that they couldn't determine my location and a representative would contact me. Tried using the u-haul app also, no luck. I guess my multiple attempts went through because I received a confirmation the next day. I also had to keep requesting a pin to access the my account and it would not send me a text that day, next day I had about 5 text messages with the security pin (too late).

The vehicle was very dirty in the box and the cab, not trash just dirty. We had to clean the windows. The two people that were there was nice enough. This post of the comments are about the reservations department. I reserved my pick up and pickup place online Oct 28 for Nov 7. I spoke to a very nice person (Dallas) on numerous occasions during the process. Dallas also waited on me pickup day. U-Haul changed me pickup place to another city the morning of pickup and I was unaware. Dallas called dispatch to find out why I couldn't have the truck that was at his site (where it was to be picked up at), the lady on the phone told him it couldn't be changed because another person made their reservation before I did and I couldn't get that truck. I had to go back to the city to pick up where U-Haul changed my reservation to last minute. The other person's reservation was for the following day. If I had not needed a truck that day I would have went to another rental company. U-Haul that is very unacceptable.

This has nothing to deal with the location. I hate that uhaul puts a dolly in the back that you can’t remove without them charging you. This just takes up space and it’s hard to work around when the uhaul gets full.

customer service is pretty bad I must say. I'm not sure what's wrong with people these days but I think the first step to any customer service job is a smile but idk. Anyway the trucks are advertised as $19.95 and I was charged $180. Maybe just take off the price and say call for a quote? Overall pretty dingy location wouldn't recommend :)

Customer service was lacking. Communication from rep was nonexistent . When he checked over the truck he gave no feedback. Didn’t say anything about miles or gas. I took a picture of the gas gauge when I picked up and it was at the same level when I returned yet I was charged for 1 gallon of gas. No communication from rep just told I can leave. Truck wasn’t clean in the cab or back when I picked up. Dried mud in the cab and the back needed swept and mopped

Clean for the most part unbelievable that a backend charge of $25 cleaning fee is charged. Should have been emasculate.
