The customer rep was very polite and helpful. The truck was a bit worned. My location for pick up was changed with short notice, which is very frustrating and unfair to a customer. Your prices are based on mileage and due to the location change, my miles was increased as well as fuel. Making a reservation is waste of a customers time.
