I think the couple running this location are not GA natives, but maybe NY or NJ, so they are not warm and friendly. They are very transactional. That being said, they take care of biz. I went in and did paperwork. Came out, trailer was hooked up, we checked lights and off I went !
Jeff HLet me tell you, if you plan to rent a UHaul, this is the only place to go. Efficient check out, knowledgable about the equipment. Just all around great service.
