Trailer was not balanced at all and bounced all over road the whole way. When I returned the equipment the app would not work and the location never checked it in and charged me an extra day

It was a great experience and the customer service was amazing
AGUSTIN MWhen I picked up the truck...the inside smelled like puke and wet dog. I had to put fabric sheets under the seats so I could deal with the smell. And there was no other truck at the time and I didn't have a choice but use the truck.
AMY CCharged me $275 because I looked the key in the truck at the drop-off location after hours. Will never give uhaul my business again.
David RAwesome service, i would recommend this locationto all for they are very professional. I had a few questions twice during my travels and each time this branch assistant me. Quick check out and in. The only thing I would recommend is if U-Hall wants you to return the rental over a App,it should be made clear on the site.
