The address of the Rental is not updated with. It was very hard to find with maps. It was the wrong address and we final had to call them to help us with directions. Very Poor

Ralph RThis had got to be the most unsafe i have felt driving a U-Haul. the steering wheel had 3-6 inches of play in either direction. I would hit a pot hole and it would send the steering wheel spinning. The customer sevice was great! will definitely antly use this location again. I will just test the truck before hand.

Lin KThe owner hooked the trailer to our vehicle and went so far as to replace the broken lighting connection. In other UHaul locations we have had to lift the heavy trailer ourselves and fill out paperwork online in advance. No so here . Might also want to mention that the newer 5X8 cargo trailers do have ramps.
Karen PMy original reservation pick up location was in Rincon at 8:30 a.m. but no trucks were available. Ok; understandable and I can live with that. When the Uhaul rep called me the day before pickup to advise me of my new pick up location I told her my pick up time was supposed to be 8:30 and asked if the pooler location was open that early cause I needed the same 8:30 pick up time....she told me yes. The Pooler location doesn't open until 9:00 and not a minute sooner. (Not their fault, I have no complaint with them) I also reserved 12 blankets....they only had 6. Still...no qualms with the Pooler location. My truck had less than a quarter tank of gas....no surprise. My complaint is with the Uhaul folks confirming the reservation the day before pickup. Know what you are talking about before confirming the pick up reservation with the customer. I did not enjoy wasting 30 minutes twiddling my thumbs waiting for the store to open and running 30 minutes behind schedule.
JAMES SGas gauge was just above half way full so when I added fuel. I added too much. It would’ve been nice if it was full or if I’d got compensated for it. The fact pace I picked up was very nice and even started it for me

Ruben PIt took me twenty minutes to return the truck. I had to take too many pictures and answer too many questions to complete the process. I am 65 years old and the return process was unneccessarily difficult.

Nicole CSapphire Uhaul is extremely helpful and accommodating. As a super senior the $19 5x8 trailer is incredibly value in assisting in home and garden while protecting the interior of our Navigator. When I rent from Sapphire in Pooler it is all about Uhaul unlike other agents that run auto repairs or quickie marts. I don’t wait for help. It is immediate and I’m Not waiting behind candy gas beer or tire change customers to get my Uhaul rental. They are great

Stacy CI would not recommend you to anyone because of the way you did my reservation. When I made the reservation I had everything plan out to a t and you guys decided to throw a big monkey wrench in it and made everything difficult.

Daniel HSapphire is a great place to pickup. By the time remaining paperwork was complete, the trailer was hooked up and ready to go. They are very helpful with using the app to document license and any damage.
Thomas HThe truck I rented was not clean when I picked it up. It was obvious its exterior hadn’t been washed in a while. When I returned it the staff were very helpful making the return very easy.
Dee EThere was very little parking. They left one tight spot that made the vehicle very difficult to get into. I was also charged a $25 cleaning fee for a vehicle I didn’t leave dirty.

Bobby WSaphire is a great location, very easy checkout. 15ft truck had an amber check engine light illuminate during drive to loading location. Quick call to roadside suggested vehicle was safe to continue trip as there were no other anomalous indications. Trip went fine.

Shawn TThe check in process on line is extremely slow...the final submission after the pictures takes forever. I had 5 bars of cell service in that location as well. I had given up and left and several minutes.later it finally went through.
