ROBERT CThe employees were beyond helpful and caring. They helped us and showed us how to use the equipment. We were stranded from out of town and had had several bad experiences trying to rent a tow dolly earlier in the day. They made the whole process go by smoothly and quickly. I'd absolutely recommend this location to anyone in the area. They made our bad day turn around!

CLYDE DThe owner of the place is so difficult to communicate with. Rude and loft. It was like an accusation if we asked any questions. She is very impatient and she recorded my credit card and kept it on file without taking my premission for doing that. The app is dysfunctional. I spent 45 minutes trying to upload the requested photos and it stil did not work. I don't want any credit card info to be kept on Uhaul system for any future use. This is request to be deleted.
NOHA SWhile the location is not ideal, the customer service for more than makes up for it. They are the most polite, fast, and professional duo I had ever dealt with in like businesses. I will continue to go back and highly recommend.
DARRYL HOverall, my U-Haul experience was terrible and I will find an alternative in the future. It had nothing to do with this location though. Twice I was contacted to change my original reservation because the truck I booked was not actually going to be available. The truck I ended up getting didn't really fit my purpose (too big for where I needed to drive it) so I didn't really use it. It was a waste of money. The pick up and drop of mobile process is a pain. When picking up it wouldn't up load the required photos and at drop of the app would not install. Overall, UHaul was a waste of money and more trouble than it was worth. Lost customer.

TIMOTHY FWhen a client makes a reservation to pickup from a particular location specified when making their reservation, if UhAul decides to change the pickup location, please notify the client before pickup. Don’t wait for the client to get to the location to find out and then you send a text to notify them. This could have saved me unnecessary uber cost back and forth and inconveniences and labor cost for loading. I expect UHAul to refund me for my additional cost incurred for pickup

KHAWANN HThis is my third U-Haul rental experience in the past few months and the only one I have a complaint about. It is also the only time I rented a U-Haul from this specific location. The female (I think the owner) was unwelcoming. Myself being a person that’s worked customer service for nearly 40 years, seeing that she didn’t seem to be a people person, I tried to be the one to break the ice. I did manage to get her to warm up a tad, but that was a very small tad at that. She didn’t really give me any instruction other than to read the email that I would be receiving. Not only am I driving. I’m also loading boxes and moving so taking the time to stop and read tiny little print in an email is inconvenient. She gave no mention of their business hours or what to do when I returned the van. I assume it was her husband that started the van while we were checking in. I thought that was pretty nice of him, and maybe he knew what a great customer experience is all about. As soon as I approached the van I immediately noticed it smoking a bit from the tailpipe. I took a video all the way around the outside, including the smoke. The inside was missing the rear view mirror. I know you can’t see out of it anyway, but it sure did look tacky to see that chunk of glue on the windshield that once held the mirror. The seats were torn and had covers over them that wouldn’t slide off each time you got out of the van. It was hard to start, spitting and sputtering, which is why I now believe he started it while I was checking in. I left there, not feeling secure that I would make it to my destination. Still tired from moving until nearly midnight the night before, I decided to keep the van a few extra hours, knowing I would have to pay an additional $45. I tried to return it just before 6 PM as I agreed on the extension. The return location apparently closed at 5. I tried to start the return process using the U-Haul app. I took pictures of the gas gauge at 3/4 of a tank, as it was when I picked it up, and odometer showing that drove close to 48 Miles, as I said at check-in. Each time I tried to submit the photos, the app would glitch so I just tapped the “I’m having trouble” and dropped the key in the box as it instructed. I continued to get text messages and push notifications for the next 12 hours about the rental being due soon. The next day, I get a receipt for my return only to discover that I was charged a $20 after hour fee. Why!? Because I returned the U-Haul at 6 instead of before 5 when they closed? That’s a little absurd, especially considering that I wasn’t informed of that after hours charge, or their closing time, when I picked the vehicle up, nor on the app when I extended until 6. I won’t rent from this particular location again. And that old tired, outdated, worn out van needs to be retired.
