Seth N.I would like someone to call me from uhaul like a supervisor. Because yall are charging me for extra miles when yall made me go out of my way to pick the uhaul up. They said sour lake didn't have the truck so changed it to another pick up location which used all of the miles. And now yall are trying to charge me for that. Which isn't right. So I need someone to call me asap. And I've also had other problems as well. 409-767-6587 is my number

JEROME B.The location is a resale shop in a small town, so it looked rundown. The customer service is excellent!!! It was the first time the lady issued the contract for a trailer which took longer than expected but she was extremely courteous and got phone help from husband. I highly recommend this site to anyone needing U-Haul equipment.
Carl E.To improve for the next customer, be sure that customer service reps are doing their job correctly! I had confirmation arrangements emailed to me to pick up truck in Lake Charles, and the day before pickup, I was told they didn't have a truck available.🤷🏽â€â™€ï¸ The only location that had a truck was Saratoga, TX. The location was too far, and their computer system was down when I arrived, so they had to re-enter everything on cell phone. The guy Johnathan was nice, but the waiting time was horrible! I spent nearly an hour waiting for paperwork to be completed, before leaving!🤦🏽â€â™€ï¸
