Satyam The Shope is a store with couple of gas pumps. It was manned by one elderly person who neither spoke nor understood English language . He had no idea what to do with the rental contract and that I was there to return a U-haulCargo trailer and not to purchase anything. He had to communicate with a lady by phone who did speak english. There were some parking spaces but these were on steep slope with no provision for stoppers. Two other U-haul units ( a small truck and a small cargo trailer ) were held in place by some rocks. it was not possible for me to reverse in to a spot which would have been safety and security risk when my car was to be decoupled from the trailer. The guy had no clue what to do. He was continuously kept talking with the lady in their own language. I left the trailer is safe flat area.Sad, sad sad.

The customer service was very poor. We were sent to a location that does not allow drop offs and when we tried to contact someone to help us no one would answer the phones. We dropped our truck off at the required 6-hour mark but we were charged a 24-hour fee because no one would answer the phones to help us.

Gregory LThis was the worse experience we've ever had . I reserved a 15ft truck and it somehow got changed to a 10ft which was way too small and required multiple trips. The lady at pick up could not speak good English and told us she could not help with getting the correct truck. I have confirmation email for a 15ft truck. Don't know how ot got changed. Drop off art the dam storage was great with no problems. The the movers we hired through uhaul were horrible and left the furniture in the new home as if it exploded. I have never seen anything like it. And he was constantly asking for more money for more help . Never again!
